How We Work:  Consulting

CMC Group is a consulting business with core expertise in brand strategy, communication and leadership.   Every engagement, regardless of specific focus, begins with consultation.

When you call us you will speak with the principal, Catherine Mullally.  Our first task is to listen to you.  Most clients come to this conversation with a perspective and a goal.  Once you paint the picture, we engage in a type of inquiry that brings us quickly to the issues at hand. This allows us to collaborate with you in building solutions that are fine-tuned to your vision and needs.  We call this early consultative phase the Discovery process. Our recommendations flow from these initial conversations.

Once Discovery is completed, we sit with you, on your side of the table, to discuss recommendations.  Typically we engage with you in the design and implementation of a process that leads to the right solution. If the solutions required are outside the scope of our business model, we will provide you with expert subject matter referrals.  Our commitment is to you, the client.
